Inter and Milan after Criscito? 15-18mln, wtf? :shifty:
Genoa paid us 12.5m eur for Criscito (1 million for loan in 2008, 5.5m for his half in 2009 and 6m for the full rights in 2010) and since he's a regular there, made it to the azzurri squad etc, it's normal that they would want to make a profit on those 12.5m eur they paid.
Still, since Genoa practically became Inter B or Milan B with all the shady deals they made with the Milanese clubs in the last 2 summers, I'd expect some player exchange there and I don't expect neither Milan nor Inter to splash +15m eur cash on Criscito.

I think 27 Million can be spent elsewhere and be spent on better players.

Watching Dzeko at City so far he's been average not because he can't seem to score against decent teams but his overall play is appalling.

Does that excuse his awful touch? Lack of movement? and constantly throwing himself to the ground?
Yes, reminds me of Torres in Chelsea. It's pretty clear that they aren't that good. Especially Torres. Awful touch and positioning in his Chelsea days. Can't score, can't even find himself in chance to score.

Torres is f-ing world class! Give him time.. Some players hit the top right after there transfer to another rival club, others dont. And being a striker makes it even harder if u dont score right away..

Atleast Torres can score in the Premier League.
Yet to score for Chelsea. And unlike Dzeko, he didn't move from one country to another, he didn't feel the cultural or playing style differences because he's in England for years, he's used to the EPL game, to its tempo etc. Yet, he plays awful. Using your logic, he sucks and thank God we didn't sign Torres.

Torres scored 24 league goals in his first season with Liverpool from transferring to another country in an inferior team.

Dzeko has not been critisised by Mancini for no reason.

Torres overall play for Chelsea is miles ahead of Dzeko's for City also.

Fly to Manchester I'll pay for your flights and your hotel Alen and come and watch a game with me at City and I'll show you what I mean.

It doesn't matter how many goals Torres scored for Pool. Dzeko scored a lot for Wolfsburg too. If Dzeko is criticized by Mancini, Torres will surely be criticized by Ancelotti if he keeps playing like this.
Will that make Torres a bad player? Or if he moved to Milan instead of Chelsea and he played the way he plays for Chelsea, was it going to be logical to say the same things you now say for Dzeko?

Face it, you watched Dzeko only for City where he's below average for a month and a half. If this is how good he really was, do you think City would have bought him at all for so much money? If he had "such an awful touch, lack of movement" and if he was "throwing himself on the ground all the time" I tend to believe it would have been noticed by the scouts of Juve, Bayern and City and they wouldn't have tried to buy him for ~30m.

This being said, I kinda hope he keeps playing even worse till the end of the season. City's impatience could easily result with him being transfer listed and sold for twice less.

No way. Both suck badly so far and play waaaaay below their capabilities. We get EPL too you know and we watch the best teams weekly. I actually find Torres' performances in Chelsea more shocking than Dzeko's for City.

Every player need some time. Torres shouldn't need much considering he was playing in the league already, but Dzeko definetely does need more time.

that is what i said, i still think matri's off-ball play is better than dzeko, whether matri is more prolific is another matter
