Roma never had good players at their disposal but yet he did pretty damn well. Like I said, Roma's average budget per year was still 3mln euros and yet he made a good team out of that.
I'll accept that the squad wasn't 'complete' but he did have some damn good players. Totti, Mancini, DDR and Chivu to name a few. The second sentence is what I had in mind, depends on whether Juventus is going to invest in the right players. I still prefer Didier though.

There was a reason Mancini left and how nobody played him after :p He was never really that good.

I'm not saying he was leading a full mediocre team, but he did something that past coaches couldn't and kept a close track to Inter. I think he's a very good coach and he'd probably do great here. He could prove you all wrong regarding Motta :D and I'm pretty sure we'd get to see Aquilani on a whole new level.

I'm not saying he's a prefect solution and I wouldn't have anything against Didier.

this is overwhelmingly the most important thing, the coach cannot be content with signing mediocrity. Deschamps for one isn't, he signed Lucho Gonazalez for l'OM ffs.

I`m done with medicore managers
If we fire Del Neri just to sign someone like Spaletti I rather we stay with Del Neri

I don`t find any logic replacing crap with other crap

We need a top coach and not an ok one

I think that the only way we can be saved if we finish out of the CL is the bonus-related contracts. Hell if it was Moggi, he'd give them a nice salary and divide it on the final position.
Say a player gets 10 mils if we finish 1st, 2nd brings him 5 ... and 5th is 2 - > Good Luck! Adding the bonuses for Coppa and EL this 2 millions of the mentioned player should be more like 1. Budget problems? Financial Fairplay issues? Not anymore...
If somebody is not willing to sign such a contract from the current team? Bye, he can go! There shoud be few exceptions, if any, in my view.
Del Neri and Marotta should be given an ultimatum. Win/fail together or forget about friendship. If Marotta can only work with DN i see no use for him in Juve. If they make CL - they will have the chance to redeem next year, if not...
And lastly, but not leastly - our president should show some balls. He behaves like a queer in a gang brawl and this irks me. Mr. Agnielli, please stop talking the talk and fuckin' start walking the walk or just leave like a man.

what we should do is get Tom Cruise and Raymond Domenech to job share, one will look to the stars and astrology for answers on team selection, the other will look to the stars to speak to their alien god for answers on team selection.

me and Byron will film it and turn it into a multi-billion pound comedy franchise though it may cost Juve their place in serie A

well apart from putting Tom Cruise into a small room filled with hot, sweaty, athletic men may actually break the spell the cult have over him and lead to him becoming just another Hollywood leading man with a penchant for sodomy

We should look at bringing in Lady Gaga & Rihanna in order to bring in their Illuminati powers, combined with Mel Gibson random bitch fits & this should be an epic encounter.
