Roma never had good players at their disposal but yet he did pretty damn well. People tend to over react when they talk about his defense organization cause he's not that bad at all. That matches against Manure was terrible, but almost every shot went into Roma's net. Try looking at how many good results he pulled off while coaching them. They were sort of falling apart, then he came and made them look great. Like I said, Roma's average budget per year was still 3mln euros and yet he made a good team out of that.
