It's a tough defense and hard as a rock. With this defense we can give Krasic the freedom he wants and the team can play a little bit more upfront. De Ceglie as backup, a young right back who can develop as an understudy for Casani (maybe Sorensen, but I think he is more a CB) and a solid central defender who accepts a substitute role (or maybe Ariaudo back, it depends).
Then, we have: Chiellini, Cassani, Bonucci, Barzagli, De Ceglie, Sorensen, new young RB, new experienced CB (+ maybe Ariaudo).

Sounds good to me.
