So here's what i'd like to find out. If we really were after Dzeko & lets say he didn't join Citeh, would we have had the 30/35m needed to sign him? If that's the case why did Marotta plead poverty after Dzeko was snapped up? Some hectic mixed signals going on.

So with Torres, Dzeko & Suarez going for hefty prices that leaves Aguero & Benzema to look at in terms of young & great players. I'm just wondering if Marotta will try to blow our minds with some positive signings come summer or are we gonna go after the likes of Aquafresca & Nocerino?
