Im sure people have already said this but I need to get it off my chest. I honest cannot understand why the Board is having such a tough time with signing a forward. This crap where Marotta says there is no important players on the market is a load of shit. Dzeko could of been ours if the signed a pre contract this winter, Suarez is possibly moving to Liverpool and Ruud could be on the move to real Madrid, obviously we arnt as appealing as Madrid right now but we could of made an attempt. I just dont get the boards logic on how we are ok with a forward who hasnt scored a goal in over a year, like are you Fing kidding me! anyother team would of shipped his ass out! DP is just not capable of putting the scoring on his shoulders anymore and Iaquinta is a hit or miss or Toni who the heck knows. It so frustrating. he looks to have some true quality about him...and adding ANY creative quality to our ranks is very welcome. I wonder how serious these rumours are??? A aquilani substitute/challenger is something we have needed for a while but not nearly as much as a better prima punta and the fullback positions strengthened.
