If we focus on RB for now and throw Grygera on the left like we did earlier in the season to be supported by Pepe..we'll be ok till the end of the season...

this way we don't need a striker since Martinez will play as SS and Pepe will continue on the left...

this is assuming we have as little cash as juve can possibly have to reinforce this window, if any at all

you act as if de ceglie is a world beater, the guy isn't defensively water tight and won't be part of a championship winning team unless he's a substitute winger not even LB

he's not an immediate person to be replaced I agree with that but thinking we have a sure spot in LB with de ceglie is idiot savant material
De Ceglie has improved a lot, he's actually really good when he's fit. Maybe not world class but he was doing good before he got injured.

you forget that players can improve and under Delneri DC was improving game by game, against milan he was simply like a new player
you forget he was amazing against milan two years ago as well..he just picks up his game against milan...i like DC but c'mon dude, if you still wanna have the weak spot of our team still be a fullback position...yea go for it.

I'm just sick of us leaking goals from the sides like a loose bitch

I'd put him as a LM or a sub LB, he's got decent crosses, he knows how to charge players and can defend ADEQUATELY...he's not good in the air and is not always fully aware defensively

I would love to see de ceglie prove my original hypothesis wrong and you know what, lets give him till the end of the season to see if he's worth holding down a starting spot at a team that should be playing for top spots in italian and european competitions.

Sorensen is better at RB than DC is at LB. I don't see why we keep him on the right and look for a new guy on the left.

Sorensen does well and holds it down nicely. Play him and let him develop. If Dc can improve under DN imagine sorensen growing.

I agree with that now! He should be tested until the end of the season. :flag1: Forza Juve.

Is it true that we are showing interest in Antonini?:shifty:
don't worry he's pledged his ass to milan. thankfully.

WAIT A SEC! why aren't we selling Grosso and Salihamidzic as initially planned in the summer? or are their contracts expiring too soon and if so can't we eek out anything?

IF we can sell both then bring in Ziegler...or a RB

Hustini, Sorensen may look good most of the time, but poor kids' speed is tearing us apart...and speed can't be taught...as a future CB he's on...i would even risk selling legro for some cash to push Sorensen as a back up for the middle so we can get a RB w/ the cash...anything for that damn cash

Would you be happy if we did show interest? :D
Keep in mind that he is a fullback
That would kill me! Is there anyone worser then him? :p

We should get rid of Grosso as soon as possible!

Yup he was playing well in the few games before his injury

Give me De Ceglie over Grygera anyday.

He is simply a better player because hes faster than both of them, how many times we saw Grosso or Grygera get passed by players and chasing shadows... he still has a lot to learn, but he certainly has the raw qualities for a quality player
