I have to say IF we get Champions League I don't think Torres to Juventus is as daft as it sounds. He will leave Liverpool in the Summer and I don't see many teams being able to stump up 35 Million for him.

Torres wont play for Real cuz he's an Atletico boy and he wont sign for Barcelona cuz they already have David Villa. He'll probably go to Inter, Chelsea or City. He could end up with us but thats never going to happen with us being far away from the best teams in Europe and we'll probably at best sign Matri or Pazzini. If that never happens then we can always try one more time with Di Natale and hopefully for Marotta's sake he won't end up dissing us this time.

Honestly, I think far from silly. Signing Di Maria, Ozil, CR and Llorente (if it happens) all very young players, with a truckload of potential to become world class(cr's case is different). Sustainable signings, all young players and with Mourinho on deck they can make this squad a ''real team'' for the coming three or four years then try challange Barca for the title.

The only positive I see about Torres is that the only teams that would buy him would be us or Inter, I can't see him playing for another team in England, Barca don't need him, he won't go to Madrid because of his Athletico roots, Milan don't need him, that just leaves us, Inter or stay at Liverpool. I don't think we will get him but still nice to dream anyway
