So Turk do you not rate Forlan? I think right now there is no one better who is available for that price, not to mention we have our foot in the door with Tiago there.

Forlan, Rossi/Neymar, Quagliarella, Toni/Iaq, Del Piero.

Regardless of his age, if we have the chance we have to go for Forlan.

While we have to think of the long term future as well, that future wont look too bright if we miss out on the CL again. We need immidiate quality to help us qualify for the CL or we'll be fucked for a long time.

Where did I defend his moves, you fool? But unlike you, I don't think everything he does is the end of the world. Learn to have some middle ground, extrimism is not healthy.

You seriously have issues, if I criticize your ways you think that I am defending what he is doing where at the same time you disregard what I actually said about what he did.
Here's one of many posts I made about Luca Toni

But you are too naive to understand, I don't blame you though.

And do you know why I bring up Sissoko? Because you criticize EVERYTHING about the club except Sissoko.
Extremism is not healty indeed, but at this point it could be understandable as everything was extreme about this club since 2006. Extremely fool directors, extremely poor decisions, extremely pathetic squad quality, extreme numbers of washed up players, extremely wasteful transfers. What you don't understand here, if somebody piss on something i really love for long time it could sharpen my reaction towards new retarded decisions.

It's not only Toni, %80 of decisions he made were dreadful. He lost his legitimacy, should be sacked immediately before causing even more damage. As for Sissoko, how many times i should repeat? I said if decent offer comes he can go.

He is way too old to lead already washed up Juve attack. If he was free, we could consider it but paying ridiculous amount while we have no money at all sounds like a bad joke.

Forlan would be dynamite. Not the best of options in general, but given our current situation I'll take him. Del Piero had a very good season when he was 30+ and is giving alot at the age of 36. Forlan could give us 2 or 3 quality seasons too.

Rightly said.

It was obvious that this was a year of construction. We had two goals in mind, qualify for CL and construct a solid foundation. I think that the foundation of the team is taking shape. The midfield and the central defence partnership seem to be on the right track, and could potentially develop into a strong foudnation requiring only minor tweaking. The attack (two players) are easily amended, and changing the forward line would not disrupt the team dynamic as for example the central midfield. For this end, I think that having short-term solutions on the attack is a decent option. If Toni and possibly Forlan can see us through the end of the season, then we can think on long-term options in attack in the summer, when we have more leverage (if we make CL).

Pizarro (Roma): “Alexis Sanchez is a friend of mine and I can say he is close to move to a big club”

“His hours in Udinese are numbered. He’s ready for the big leap”

Inter? Manchester United?

Juve? :shifty:
