I cant believe Buffon is being so underated here
He is the Michael Jordan of Goalkeepers
He was the best in the world, He is the best in the world and probably no one would ever reach his level
The only bad parts are his age and his wage

His age- He is not young but you should keep in mind GK can play longer! the bad side is that he gets injured too often

His wage- He earns a lot but when he is fit his performences are definitely justify it

about the guy that compared Buffon to VDS- VDS is a good GK but Buffon is like an alien he is simply like I said before the Michael Jordan of GK!

IYO Buffon should make 3 mill? What a clown, seriously, go take a dump, and it eat it afterwards. Gigi should make the double of what he is earning now, he is an icon, a symbol, a legend!
buffon earns to go to barcelona and earn 6 times what he earns here, and go win championsleague and world club championship to crown a legendary carreer.

offcourse i want him to stay, but we dont have the finances we had in the past, we need to use every bit of space on the budged we can have.

look what chiellini gets, look at what other key players get, they also would deserve alot more, but they understand the need of the club, in therms to grow larger again.

so yeah, buffon would earn alot more, but we cant afford it, and to make it sustainabale for him here, he should take a realistic paycut.

on a sidenote, check his carreer earnings, its not like he's gonna get poor from the cut

If I am not mistaking, we have better economy than in-debt-Barcelona.

We don't have the finances we had in the past, but who the fuck are we? Nottingham Forrest or Newcastle United? We are neither, we do have the finances to keep Gigi Buffon without him taking a paycut.

Comparing Gigi to Giorgio? Giorgio is a champion, but he is no Gigi Buffon. Look how long Gigi has been in the club. He deserves each and every penny he is making.

better economy then barcelona?

comparing turnover to dept, we arent even close

their wage budged, is just woosh, all the keyplayers have double buffons wage, messi even has tripple. and that is not counting bonusses, wich they must have plenty considering there winning and scoring

we do have the finances, but if the paycuts makes space for the entire wage of for example vargas...

adding vargas or dzeko to this squad, is giving us more then replacing storari with buffon.

you show a young enthousiasm that many fans have here, and its admirabale, i'm just beeing realistic and see what is benefitting the club the most, not the player.

you cant replace buffon, cause he was the best keeper ever, but i'm afraid he wont be playing a very long carreer considering his injuries.

also, we can see after newyear what his remaining talent is.

if we see the buffon of 2002-2006, i cancel everything i said about him, but i'm afraid we wont

Dude, its like everyone said Del Piero is finished, and he came back with being topscorer, same with Trezeguet. Everyone was saying Neddy is finished, he killed it every time he went out there. I think you are being unfair to Gigi. At least let him come back on, before you judge wether he is topp-class anymore or not. Lets see in January mate

I think Juventus needs a new forward because Iaquinta isn't good enough and Del Piero is unfortunately to old to play a hole game. The team has a great goalie a great defence and a great mittfield and one great attacker. Therfore we need to find someone else instead of Iaquinta, but that's only my oppinion of course.

and Ekdal just to be sure. Aquaman and even Marchisio collect more injuries than Nicholas posting fake news. :D
