I know the cassano thread is closed but I read reports he has signed with inter and it got me thinking...
Samp will have some form of percentage pay back clause with Real Madrid. Now to make any deal sweeter for both Samp and any buyer, they would need to bypass such a clause...
This is where Morratti scum comes in. He could offer garrone a cash sum via a personal transaction as a token gesture and also as payment for Cassano. Garrone the merely has to release cassano on a free...now that would be far too obvious if he merely 'released' cassano. Hence the drawn out recession via the courts to cover the moves. This could have occurred at a high level, therefore garrone merely had to find an excuse.
Merely a theory, but why else would Garrone realise such a valuable asset in an era soo financially constricted?
