When he can't be bothered he still scores more goals than Iaquinta.
The number of goals isn't the issue, though; it's the proportion of chances taken that counts.

You mean he's much more talented, right? With that I'd agree. Then again, you have a Iaquinta whose work rate makes him twice the better player than he should be normally and Adebayor whose nonchalance and work rate make him twice worse than he should be, and in the end you more or less get the same outcome. I'd definitely swap them, but I definitely won't lose +10m eur in the swap and I won't waste my non-EU spot (Is Ade non-EU?) for someone who doesn't give you more than 4-5 goals than the 3rd choice striker that is Iaquinta.

Iaquinta's only scored 30 goals for Juventus in the past three years. That's awful for a CF.
But very good for someone who was mostly a 3rd choice striker. In his first year DP-Trez was our striking duo, in the second it was DP-Amauri and last year Iaquinta was injured most of the season and he was our 4th choice most of the time. This year he has by far the best goals to minutes played ratio in our team.
If we get Adebayor to replace Iaquinta on the bench, and if Ade isn't non-EU, then of course I want Iaq to leave and Adebayor to come, but to pay big money and lose that precious non-EU spot for a starter who guarantees nothing more than 10 goals a season...no thank you.

True, I would not pay to have Adebayor but IF we could've gotten him on loan in January we should do, but we cannot so my arguement is irrelevant.

Glasgow Rangers are in fact interested in buying as early as January Fabio Grosso, while Brazzo could return to Germany: Borussia Moenchengladbach is ready to offer a contract in Bosnia.

Not Brazzo

Alen please. Adebayor is miles better than Iaquinta.
Adebayor is the perfect example of an unprofessional footballer. Didn't he even start a fight with Bendtner during a match? Ridiculous.
