Why?

It wouldn't be my first choice, but if Juve can't find a top class left back, but can find a top class CB, I wouldn't rule out moving Chiellini.

- He would leave us.

- Try finding a top class cb at his age with similar potential... filling a hole to create another one?

- chiellini would be average at lb...he is world class at cb. We can get better lbs than our current ones and better than chiellini playing there... they dont have to be world class.. they can be good.

He'll play where Juve want him to play.

And Chiellini can be a very good defensive LB, especially when you consider how narrow Delneri has the fullbacks play. He obviously wouldn't be a great attacking threat.
