That young fella El-Arabi just keeps scoring in Ligue One and right now he is joint top goalscorer in France. And he plays for 14th placed CAEN, not Marseile, Lyon or Bordeaux, he already has 8 goals so far (Caen scored 12 in total). I`d take him in january without hesitation.

I've seen Kakuta play and I was really impressed. But I don't know, if he's as good as I remember him to be then Chelsea wont ever let him leave.
