Lol at people saying no to Luis Fabiano, deja vu stuff. Ok if you think long term or more keen on other options, but he is more then GOOD enough, and age is something we fuss over prior to our signings, but basically it shouldnt be an issue when the main problem is getting QUALITY. And Luis Fabiano is such considerably more so then our current options, even if there are others higher on my list of choices.
He is quality but there's no way Sevilla would let him go for peanuts. He would most probably command a fee in the 20/25m euros mark & for that amount we could possibly get Benzema.

-> Hustini

Well we just have different views on the team.

a) our attack is decent, defense needs serious investment
b) our attack is awful, defense will fix itself in the process

I think we can stop it here, we are not getting any closer to each others opinions, no need to continue the discussion the way we are doing it. :beer:

Benzema is a big risk mind you. He's awesome when he's on form. If anyone saw last weeks France games, that was Lyon's Benzema there. But he's quite a moody player, and is prone to giving up easily in games when things aren't going right.

That's why Dzeko should be first on our list.

Well i didn't say he's a better player, but more in sync with Juve's needs :p

Seriously, Benzema isn't as reliant on service as Dzeko is. Plus Benzema can come deep and move to the channels to help out with the build up play, he's very good at that, and he's very good at bringing others into play and linking up with midfielders.

I'd like to see him try:analcanon:

If Neymar makes it and fulfills his potential, he'll be a superstar. Extremely talented player. So is Ganso mind you, if the injury doesn't screw things up for him.
Indeed, Neymar oozes with class.

If we have the chance to take him, we should without thinking twice.

I do worry about Benzema though, if we're questioning players attitude the cloud of doubt should be over him more than anyone to be fair.
I don't disagree. Mentally weak player too, for some reason France's recent batch of players are like that, when the chips are down, they just fall apart. Gourcuff has a similar mentality.
