I think this season.
What makes you think this? I said details for a reason, hehe. They havent seemed anxious to get rid of them exactly, even with their high release clauses and such (though greedy agents own south american footie nowadays). Interesting if they did.

I'm not 100% about when but the news is 2 weeks old. Could it be the agents offering the deal? Maybe. I was lead to believe it was Juve who said no. It's possible Santos said they wanted the moon for them and we backed down. :boh:

Obviously they do, Ganso has 50m release clause, and cant even imagine what they will demand for Neymar. But corious that they would be offering, the club that is, the agents obviously do. These days there barely isnt a south american agent who doesnt get 50% of the fees :p

I am really happy, Osman. :D
When you build anything you usually start from the base, and that's exactly what Marotta did. He built the base, and then you can go on to build the whole thing. Our team looks good on paper, except for the SS position and at LB, but we can still qualify to CL this season and those tiny holes can be fixed. Look at previous Juve roster, we always carried plenty of solid not world class Italain players, along with ~3-4 world class players. We now have our solid players with high working rate, tactically aware. We have a world class Keeper in Gigi, and a world class defender in Chiellini. Add a real talented SS and somebody in the midfield, then the team should be set to compete.
Look at our roster last time we won the CL
Peruzzi ,Ferrara, Pessotto, Torricelli, Jugovic, Di Livio , Sousa,Deschamps,Conte
    ,Vialli, Del Piero ,Ravanelli.
The roster was full of hard working solid players that would the job, and probably 4-5 world class players. Similar thing in 2003 when the only real champions were Del piero, David, Nedved, Gigi, and Zambrotta , along with good enough hard working players like tacchinardi and etc. Juve has never will never be about fancy names, it's always been about the right mix up of good solid players and few champions that work with the team and don't need the team to be build around them. We are definitely on the right path, so fasten your seat belts, sit back and just enjoy the ride

Pado and Sergio convinced the masses that Marotta is taking the Moggi route. Now everyone thinks that in a few years we'll have a team like that of the 90's, all because we brought in a lot of average Italian players this summer. :D

    You can't write this stuff.

If we bought a young Baggio, Maldini, Zola...nobody would complain. Most should realize that we signed Motta, Bonucci, Pepe, Rinaudo, Lanzafame...I think Moggi/Leonardi for example would have bought only Bonucci out of the bunch.

To be honest although Bonucci has the potential to be something really special, but I'm most excited about Aquilani. If he stays healthy, then we are set in midfield, and we shouldn't have any problem keeping the ball on the ground in the mid with the likes of Aquilani, Krasic, and Melo. Aquilani is going to have a career season with us, I am so optimistic about this deal.

Well, if a (versatile) left winger was needed, I probably would have looked at Ivan Rakitic. He probably could've come at a price lower than the one Juve spent on Martinez, and he's much younger. I recall Schalke put a 10 million euro price tag on his ass last year.

Boh, I've said it a hundred times and I'll say it again. Ivan Fucking Rakitic.

since this is a wishlist, i have only one wish in mind-
