No place for Sanchez in their current system.

What they really need is at least one quality central midfielder, because Pazienza and Gargano really aren't much good.
This current system doesn't, but imagine Sanchez with those players.. Who would you change those with?

He's been extremely effective.

Not being flashy, though, means he doesn't seem to get as much attention as he ought to.
Mazzarri said a couple of months ago that Hamsik is the instrumental player in the team and he could be right, even if I see Lavezzi as the key player this season, as Red says. The Slovak is playing much more mature this year and his role is a little different compared to the previous seasons. His numbers are the same though. 10-15 goals and 5-6 assists (he's on 9 goals+5 assists in the league so far).
Hamsik is exactly the sort of player that you want a quite player like Marchisio to be. He is what are missing really, a midfielder that can score goals.

How has Hamsik been for Napoli this year? There's not been as much talk transfer wise as there usually is.
Transfer rumours don't come about because Cavani is all everyone talks about. I agree with what has been said, he effortlessly fits into different roles or positions.

I know Nedved likes him, which gives me slim hopes of seeing him here.

I think we'll see this.

Buffon

Beck-Bonucci-Chiellini-De Ceglie

Krasic-Mascherano-Marchisio-Bastos

Matri-Sanchez
This team is really good. And no need for Mascherano there, keep Melo and invest in a leftback if needed.. 4-2-3-1 and thar team rocks.

Lavezzi is no way better than Sanchez , this is coming from a Lavezzi admirer..
Lavezzi is really nice, have been a fan of him for years now, but as you say; Sanchez is way better. Sanchez is the nr1 player I would get from serie a!

Oh and keep an eye on Napoli if they get to play CL next year, Lavezzi aint going nowhere.. They will probably sign Inler and more.

Marchisio is not good enough in the central midfield position. He has proved that time and time again this season. He is way to anonymous to play that role in a 4-4-2, let alone in the 4-2-3-1 system.

Either keep playing him in a 4-3-3 or sell him and buy a player suitable for 4-4-2 or 4-2-3-1.

With the right coach and more quality players in our team, Marchisio is more then good enough for a starting spot here!. The guy is not world class right now, but seriously who would be in a team where u have 3-4 very good players and the rest a bunch of losers! Even Messi would suck here!

Gigi is the least of our problems right now, this board thinks ass backwards. Though Gigi's agent is eager to move Buffon to City, he keeps saying he will stay. I'm still waiting to hear some LB links but instead I'm hearing senseless links that adds minimal effectiveness to our biggest problems :sergio:
