I'm also a Benfica fan and if u know Benfica system, Javi Garcia (DMF) plays like a third central. Jesus don't ask him for much and all he does is destroy the opponents' game. In criative mode he just has to pass short and simple. It's just an example but the guy is one of the most important players in the squad and he plays alone in defensive midfield. Last year he had Ramires helping but this season he has two wingers and Aimar in his front (they also help but not too much). I think Sissoko could perform well playing like Javi.

Gazzetta - Mou offre Diarra per Sissoko.
Definitely take that deal. We'd be idiots not to.

We don't know to use Sissoko. He'd be great under Mourinho.
I simply don't see Momo being useful to them because he'd destroy their possession game. It would be Momo and Alonso all over again, a partnership that degenerated over time at Pool.

It's not about passing (the fact is that Momo is a decent passer at best, even when we're talking about short passes he's not good) but he's simply given a different role here and not as a clear destroyer like he played under Ranieri.

I'm pretty sure he'd do great now with Roma (or Ranieri) and some other coaches (Mourinho too)
As a clear destroyer very few, if any at all, are superior to Sissoko. In Real he will only have to win the ball and pass it to the closest teammate, which in most cases will be Xabi.
Mourinho knows how to make it work. A Real player (Xabi or a defender) will always run towards Momo when he's about to win a ball, so Momo won't even have to make passes longer than 2-3 meters. In Juve the players don't move well and many times, as we all noticed, there isn't anyone close to Sissoko.

IMO, they don't need Sissoko against the inferior sides. It's not like they're going to sit back against them, so he's just going to be dead weight in midfield whom the other players will have to cater to.
