Pastore :tuttosport:

As much as I love Quagliarella, if we're getting Pastore, this will be the best formation:

Matri
Pastore ------------- Krasic
Marchisio -- Aquilani
Melo

Doesn't look like something Delneri would play. And isn't Pastore more of a right-sided player?
Who said Delneri will be our coach next season? :D

I think Pastore prefers to play on the left. I've seen Pastore play on the left side more than the right side with Palermo, and he scored some 'Alla Del Piero' goals from that side.

Pastore open to Juventus move
Palermo starlet Javier Pastore has hinted that he would rather join Juventus than Barcelona.

The 21-year-old Argentina international has made no secret of his desire to move to Catalonia, but also has the maturity to admit that he would find it hard to be a regular in the first team.

Speaking while on international duty, Pastore was asked to reveal who he would sign for given the opportunity: Juventus or Barcelona?

“My priority is always to play and so I would say the first of the two options,” he said.

“I'd be on the bench a lot at teams like Barcelona and Real Madrid, and this doesn't suit me.

“We'll maybe talk about it again when I am 28.

“Like I have already said, I count on staying here for a couple of other season.

“I believe that if the squad remains young and talented, we can aspire for important objectives.

“Let me explain myself with an example: at San Siro against Inter our season was on the point of taking off. Instead we let Inter come back out of naivety and assorted errors.

“With the experience of this year, I believe that we will not make the same mistakes anymore.”

Would be sweet.

We will have that in the summer, whether we would spend it on one player is a big question.
Yeah sure, From what? Cl qualification? Scudetto bonus? And if we have a decent brain we can figure out that we wont make that big spending amount on players mistake again. The stadium money goes to Aquilani and Quaq/Matri or both. We won't sell Amauri for a big fure that's for sure.

Ches, We have players which are worth not even 5million and I think Zamparinni wants only our best. He hinted at Gio,Marchisio last time iirc

Gio would be fine, Amauri will also be interested in joining them if Parma doesn't buy him, Grygera can be send there, plenty of players willing to join them, of course, all depending on what Palermo wants.
But let's assume we won't sign Quag as SS but go for Pastore, then the money we would have to give for Quag is available, add to that one or two players and maybe a bit extra of cash and they might consider our bid.

I don't really think that attack is an improvement on anything we have now. I say dispose of Toni, Iaquinta, and either Quag or Matri, and make cash available for the purchases of Neymar and Benzema. That would be called an upgrade. A very dynamic, talented, and pacey front-line, with a lot of technical ability.
thats a whole lotta faith u putting in benzema there...i say dispose of toni, iaq and reduce the dependence on del piero...keep quag n matri n go for benzema n neymar...we're playin UCL next year..we gotta be tuff and deep

I'm assuming we sign Quag, Marotta likes him and so does DelNeri, it all depends on how he bounces back from his injury.
But be realistc here, we are talking about Zamparini, the guy who screwed us over with Amauri.
