im not sure if it just means cesena have used their spot up, f*ck knows, abete makes up the rules as he goes along these days. i mean 3 match ban for diving, but a reduced ban for assault on a referee, when zarate meant to hit ekdal? or paci's violent conduct reduced to 2 match ban too.
