We should sign elia this jan. elia and krasic flanks would be very good.
We have only one flank working that of Krasic so we must hope Krasic will be consistant which consistancy isn`t Krasic best quality
Lanza is ok but he is good as a sub not a starter
Pepe isn`t a real winger as he can`t really dribble
Martinez barely played so I can`t judge him yet but up till now from what he did play he isn`t good enough to be a starting LW
Pepe`s defensive skills are quite good so I rather we transform him into a full back,wing back (Zambrotta like) he would surely be better than DC who doesn`t know how to defend (he looks at attacks rather than try to stop them and when he tries the opponent easily shake him off)
So I think- Pepe Chiellini Bonucci Motta would be better (didn`t see enough of Bonucci to judge how good he is)
our mid- Elia * * Krasic (the two * will be taken by Melo Sissoko Marchisio and Aquilani) altough I rather we sell Melo as his mistakes cost us too much
our attack DP-* (Amauri or Quag) altough I really hope we get someone serious for those positions but we have bigger problems than the forwards
The key to success is hiring competent management, not Marotta and Del Neri..we keep replacing our current staff with people more or less on the same level as them. The first and most BASIC step we should have taken would have been signing someone like Hiddink/Capello or of a similar calibre..
We should have taken someone who will organize our squad
Capello is a manager who immediately gives the effect of organization
his teams are always defensive solid something we really lack
but I think we have better chance of getting him after the Euro Championship.
As for Hiddink he also is a good manager but instead of paying him big and save money by qualifying for the CL and fight for the scudetto our management rather go cheap and sign medium class managers at best like Del Neri and maybe just maybe qualify for the CL
