I honestly dont like benzema... again too wasteful and not strong enough in the air.
I dont perceive him as a first striker.

How fast is dzeko by the way? I dont watch bundesliga very frequently. Who (that I know) would you say is dzeko as fast as?
Not sure I agree with on on the Benz part. At least he is young and years to improve. Try and be more optimistic, he can't be any worse than what we have:)

Dzeko, for his size, is quick. He isn't like an Obafami Martins by any means, but for his size he can move. It isn't always about speed though. He knows how to get himself into a position where speed isn't needed necessarily. He is an intelligent striker and with good service from the midfield, then if he had a lack of speed, it won't alter his game in a negative way.:numnum:

Moneygraball is better than our current selection but his attitude is not acceptable. He thinks he is the second coming of pele, but more like the second coming of kluivert.

Like saying adebayor is shit isnt :D atleast my hypothesis is more likely to be tested.

What would you if ade was a big hit for us?
Adebayor ain't exactly "shit", but we could aim much higher than him. He's not exactly the type of goal scorer we badly need. If he didn't have that 07/08 season with Arsenal, he wouldn't be this much hyped.

We should not just get a player for the sole reason that he's better than our current ones.

I agree... but the same applies for benzema. I dont want to sit and hope that he fulfills his potential or evolves into a better player. Adebayor is not Ideal for me either.

Dzeko is much better than both... Torres too ofcoarse.

You're 100 % about Dzeko and Torres, but the fact is, we will have to buy out Quag and Aqua, RB maybe LM and LB, and IMO RB is bigger priority than striker. I know we are Juventus and we should always aim highest but for me Adebayor would be a very good signing he can fit in our tactics and score 20 + goals imo, even though Im a Dzeko fanboy it seems he will be going to City:(.

Benzema, at the age of 19/20 years old was scoring goals for fun at Lyon. As history shows us, as many other players like him, his move to Real Madrid was a failure. May I remind you that that is quite a common thing for them and then to watch their "flops" shining in a new team, even though I wouldn't exactly label Karim as one.

What he has done so far clearly indicates the player has potential. Potential to be one the best at the right guidance and coaching.

If I have to choose between him and Edin, I'd probably chose the Bosnian too. Torres is out of the question, sadly.

I dont doubt his potential talent.. I doubt his attitude. Ade is an asshole and works hard for that. Benzema doesnt look like he even wants to play for RM.

The best we've seen from Benzema was in the french league and it was not better than Adebayor's performances for arsenal and city. Check the stats if you want to.

sure, benzema can outgrow ade.. but its a bet.... Adebayor is more guranteed but also a bet.

I wouldn't splash money to buy either player for good. Loan options are great with a preference to Ade over Benz. (I believe ade at his worst is better than benz at his worst)

Doubting Benzema because of his attitude while at the same time you prefer Adebayor seems kind of ironic, don't you think? Maybe you can't find better excuses than that. :D

His performances for Lyon were not only outstanding because of his stats (yeah, I checked them; 76 goals + assists in 128 games from 2006-2009), but you also have to consider that he was only 18 years old when all this started. And not just in Ligue 1, in Europe he was always a threat too.

Adebayor has nothing more guaranteed than Karim.

92 goals + assists in 161 games is not bad at all.. not to mention the difference between EPL and Ligue 1.

Ade is much more experienced (EPL)and is more guranteed even if he has less potential for growth. Its not like he is old anyway and we are only getting one of them for 6 months. He is also internationally retired ;)

Guys are you forgetting that Aguero is getting a spanish passport this year? Not to mention Atletico aren't really progressing (not that it could ever happen in the current La Liga) ... if we get CL places (which I firmly believe in) whos to say he wouldn't be an option.
Obviously Neymar + Dzeko cannot happen due to the morrons at FIGC, but let us dream for a while about the potential of Aguero and Dzeko. City aren't going to win anything... not with Mancini in charge anyway... why would Dzeko go there - to sit on the bench? No , I don't think so.
Dzeko must be a gift, and we could trade Tiago+ our current strikers(Iaq,Amauri) for Aguero since Atletico are looking for a tall striker not to mention Forlan isn't gettin younger...
Why not?

Benzema has not been so great for Madrid, but he still scores with the limited time he gets on the pitch, i mean this season, everytime he gets more than 60 minutes of game time,he scored, except against murcia..dont forget he has been scoring for the france national team, even with a squad who still has not gelled too well.. so if both are available for loan, then no doubt,Benzema would be the best choice for our attack

We may have been heavily linked with Benzema, I don't see him at Juve, he will find his form and start banging in goals in Madrid.

Why? He might be fed up at Madrid sitting the bench and/or never starting. I can see us having a good chance, especially if we stay in the top 3 in Italy and show how bad we need a striker that can score. If he were to come, he would for sure be a starter and I think he would know it.
