Juve resume Dzeko negotiations?
Wednesday 8 September, 2010
Edin Dzeko was publicly furious at Wolfsburg’s refusal to sell him to Juventus, but the deal could be struck up again in January.
The Bosnian striker did not hide his disappointment when the Bianconeri’s offers were rejected.
According to Sportmediaset, there was recently a new meeting between Wolfsburg director Dieter Hoeness and Beppe Marotta.
It’s reported that Juve will agree to hand over Momo Sissoko during the January transfer window.
His price is valued at €12m, but the German side only seem ready to pay €9m.
In exchange, Juventus would be given an option to buy Dzeko in the summer of 2011.
Dzeko has also been linked with Manchester City and Bayern Munich, but made it clear he would prefer Turin.
The Bianconeri also got themselves in-roads with Wolfsburg by selling midfielder Diego for €15m, considerably lower than his predicted price-tag.

This is just disappointing. We already sold them our best player for less than his worth and are going to give them another player on the cheap just to "get in good" with Wolfsburg so they will sell us a player who already wants desperately to leave them for us.
If this is true then Marotta better be getting one hell of a deal for Dzeko because Wolfsburg have had him by the balls for months now.
