honestly, i rate hamsik very highly. he has the energy, technical prowess and mentality of a winner. I've watched a lot of Napoli games where his thunder pushes them ahead, more so in previous seasons compared to the current one which may be a good time for us to pick him up while his valuation isn't peaking. unfortunately, as you all mentioned he probably wont come.

we're gonna need a 150 million budget to pull him and aguero and full backs this summer.

Hamsik is class. Bastos is good too. Both prices mentioned are fair value. I thought Hamsik was being touted for 30+ but 25 would be a steal in my opinion. The guy could ratchet up the work rate and ferocity of our middle field in no time.

Conte has never used any other system, so perhaps he is inflexible. last time a manager was forced to change a system for a player, ferrara got sacked and Diego got sold.

i think Agnelli was fully made aware that he would play 4-4-2 in order to suit the current squad

Hey, if clubs are willing to pay up to 20 million for Marchisio (and I think he is in the 15-20 million bracket), then I think 25 million for Hamsik is anything but overpriced (he is in the 20-25 million bracket) considering how much of a better overall player he is, and far ahead of Marchisio in terms of efficiency and effectiveness.

I only posted that for the Rolando+Sergio thing. My thoughts on the Hamsik thing are below.

I haven't seen any evidence to suggest that Hamsik hates Juventus. He plays with passion against us because it's a big game for Napoli.

It would be a nightmare if he was at a Milan club next season.

Allegri should start to have some balls if he wanna even attempt the CL and with such a players. Hamsik should play in the midfield trio, with two destroyers alongside instead of the three that Milan usually uses.
