Dunno really, didn't watch him a lot tbh but I don't think I'd go after him. I don't think he's worth 15mln + and I think there are many better players.
I think he performs better as a right winger, he's inconsistent and there are better options than him for the left flank. Not to mention that he would cost a fortune just because he plays for Lyon.

I like Delgado more from Lyon, though admittedly i haven't seen him play for quite a while. :p

Prices when buy from Lyon and Porto are just :sergio: But you gotta hail their transfer policy and scouts, they are really amazing.

For a little cheaper option on the left I like Dzsudsak although I think DN will stick with Marchisio and have a Cassano type player with Dzeko and Milos in front.

    Cassano-Dzeko-Milos

Sorry but that would rape anyone.

If we got Del Neri I think I'd Del Neri all over Marotta.

Yeah, they're very good at that, Benfica too. I read an article once about Porto was looking for it to show it to you but i can't find it.

It said that Porto makes more or less a 400% profit with the lesser known players they develop. And that whenever they sold one they would sign various prospects inmediately, even if not all of them develop into WC players or players they sell, they're still useful to their team, and does who do develop into great talents get sold by huge fees.

That's how they sustain themselves, pretty amazing if you ask me. Though it would be impossible for a team in a more competitive league to do so.

Problem is very few good LW about. We should convert to a 4-3-3.

    Play with Marchisio-Aquilani-Melo

    Then Play Dzeko-Krasic and..........? upfront.

It depends, playing a 4-3-3 allows you to play players who aren't out and out wingers in the wings, Anelka for example. Players like Ronaldinho too, who aren't conventional wingers in the sense they could be used in a 4-4-2 but do great in a 4-3-3.

Support strikers can adapt to those positions very well imo. Suarez would be awesome in the left of a 4-3-3 i reckon.
