Bastos for the LM/LW.
Micah for the much needed RB.

it would just be a dream.

Richards is one the best RB's in Europe,he knows how to defend.and also play CB if needed.

Ofcourse Beck will also be a great option.
I wouldn't exactly label Bastos as a dream signing.

I agree, but according to the situation we are in,we must get a proper STARTERS.
so looking on our current few starters....Bastos is a great improvement.
Same goes for the rest of the list of names in my sig.
if we can sign one for every position from those names(4-5 new quality signings),it will definitely be a dream.

Juventus make Manchester City's Micah Richards a €17m summer target

http://www.goal.com/en/news/11/tran...-manchester-citys-micah-richards-a-17m-summer

How 'bout that? He is not good enough neither for that money nor for Juve
richards is built like a tank, knows how to defend, likes to get forward where he often proves at least competent...is young, eager, determined, and more than capable of muscling it out with players more technically gifted, without drawing constant fouls. Bearing in mind our two obvious right backs are Grygera ( who is only comfortable when deployed solely to defend) and motta ( who is rarely useful offensively and always shocking defensively)...and our best right back this season, is an 18 year old centre back...its quite shameful to suggest that Richards isnt good enough for Juve. A lot of natural, admittedly still rugged and raw talent, a huge amount of physical strength, and improving season upon season...I'd happily snap him up for 17m. It would be one position we are woeful in, truly covered for the next decade...

So we are in talks with Manchester City.

Richards? Tevez? Dzeko? Balotelli?
If you are correct, Melo...I hope its for Richards. We can get by in attack fine with Quags and Matri, and DP and Toni as their backups. Tevez is a whiny disloyal bitch...but richards...well...we are desperate for both a quality RB and LB. so that would be one major problem solved.

Lippi going abroad, we don't want to piss Napoli off by getting Mazzarri and Nedved & Paratici starts talks over Mancini.
Maybe because of the Quagliarella deal?
That's what I was thinking...otherwise, fuck them.

I love full backs who can at least defend...that's my minimum requirement because that's the most important thing. As long as he can run in a straight line and put in a good cross I am happy. Like you said, he is built like a brick shit house and there aren't many players that can push him around.

OMG...OMG...:weee:

I wouldn't want somebody like Bastos as our LB. I would rather have Chiellini over Bastos any day as a LB. Unless we get a proper LB, I would rather have Chiellini as a LB and bring a great CB. Also, it's like Chiellini hasn't played LB before. The man knows the position very well, he is solid defensively and showed some skills going forward. He is our best LB at the moment, and our best CB too.
