What don't you understand? That is the value those players had at their peak. Aquilani went for €20m, Roma rejected a £25m bid from Man Utd (over €30m at the time) for De Rossi several years back, and Udinese wanted €20m (more like €15m) for D'Agostino. That's what dictates value, the selling club, not your bloody opinion lol.

Terminology, if I would say a number I'd say the concrete interest was when he was 22-23, about 5 years ago.

The only purpose of using the future fees is to show what those players could at least be worth, which is what someone like Moggi would think about. It factors into the thinking in the original proposal.
