Yes i know Bastos is not the best we can get , but i think wee need a player with powerfull shoot , since Nedved is gone we dont have players who has powerfull shoot .
Basots may its not W.class but is improvment for our squad , he also can be used like LB when we'll have injures .
As for RB , i heard rumors offer for Beck is 5 mln E , so we can go for another player who can play RB/LB Santon would be nice he is ITALIAN,young, cheap.
Sissoko used to be my favourite player but now he isn't doing OK so he can go , Melo-Mascherano for DMF position would be great .
Wee need 2 DMF class because both of them get a lot of Red Cards . Aquilani its just OK nothing more for me , i wuold prefere to use that 16 mln E on something else : Sahin/Banega would be better options than Aquaman .
But we also need some talents in our team : Adrian,Lucas from Brazil would be good , also wee need to promote our Primavera Players in 1st squar : Bonniperti,F.Rossi,Daud have potencial .
For SS wee need WORLD CLASS : Aguero,Neymar,Sanchez,Pastore + Quagliarela , CF : Matri + Toni , Del Piero , Bonniperti .
LB - DC its just okay nothing more so if we can get Cisokho would be amazing but i dont thing we can get him , so Santon would be ok at least as sub is OK .
I dont want to see there players like : Grosso or Traore .
Isn't Quag quite good at shooting from distance? And he is usually deployed on the left. I know if we get Aguero he would play less, but I still think we need LW with speed and flair. Taking player, having great movement and most importantly intelligent runs. The last thing in my opinion was what Nedved was all about. Bastos is more like raw speed, although he has three times the technique of Pepe and is naturally left footed - i still see him halfway between Pepe and what we need. Still if his price is the same as Pepe's and he isn't taking the non-EU spot - he is the better choice by a mile.
Yeah Grosso should be given as a present for Moratti's birthday and Traore is not convincing, but I would take him for free. Aquaman 100% agreed. About the young players I would keep the non-eu spot free through the summer mercato and then add youngster , making sure they are needed and develop in this team. It's poinless to get Piazon and realise we have no spot for him in the formation our next coach deems best.

About the coach if its Villas Boas - I am willing to see him with a 4 year - mourinho-like contract. He is great.

Aulas seems to want get rid of Bastos at all costs.
It got me worried a couple of weeks ago, but as I already realized and explained then, it's logical to try to sell him now.
He'll be 28 this summer and he'll have 2 years of his contract left. That's the time when Lyon will have the last chance to get good amount for him (~15m eur). If they don't sell him this summer then next summer they'll have a 29 year old with 1 year left on his contract. Teams don't pay a lot of money for players who have 1 year left. See the exceptional Ozil having only 1 year left on his contract and Werder selling him for "only" 15m eur. Bastos is not only much older than Ozil, but he's also much less talented. Of course, Lyon could offer him a new contract, but still they won't ever be able to get ~15m eur for Bastos.
Then you have Bastos' quality. He isn't a world class player, game changer, indispensable player. Losing him won't make Lyon too much weaker, as losing players like Essien f.e made Lyon weaker. Aulas also knows that and that's why he will be happy to get close to 15m eur for Bastos, or in other words, to sell him for his realistic price. Aulas is aware that this is the last good chance to sell him and that this summer will be the last one where Bastos' realistic price will be higher than 10m euro.

Higuain? every time I watch him he seems to benefit from the creative players around him and doesnt have that great a scoring rate per chance. Misses alot of open chances but thats from a small sample of games i watched of him.

Pipita < Chiellini, Aguero
If he is available at a normal price I would trade pretty much everyone in our team for him except Krasic, Chiellini, DP and Gigi. But I guess he will be no less than 30 mils and I would prefer us to get Aguero for that money.

You know who is like that? Samuel fucking Eto'o, but his strenght is getting to so many chances. Higuain is bit like that too (neither rely on creative players, but miss chances quite a bit, but come to more chances on their own, or in good movement). He is a fantastic striker, saying otherwise is ridicolous.
