I was readign how barca are having massive money problems and are unable to pay wages. Maybe instead of blowing money on players who teams are being stubborn about selling we can get a few quality players from Barca who would be happy to sell.

Like if we want a LB why spend 10-15 million on Clichy when we can probably get Maxwell from Barca for like 7 or 8? or We can get Helb for a bargain price to give us a good winger and let us spend the money we save on Dzeko.
