Just to think alot were laughthing when we were linked with Schweinsteiger years ago, he is the most complete midfielder in Europe at the moment. He's up there with the best.
I think Schweinsteiger and Lahm are top class players who have proven it over a period, but there is no comparison between Zambrotta, Totti, Pirlo and Cannavaro in 2006 and Ozil (15 caps) and Muller (7 caps) in 2010.

strongly agree.sell melo to fund mexes and krasic deals and buy khedira as a direct replacement who shouldnt cost more than 10-12million and has tremendous stamina and poise
shame we let man city sign boateng for a moderate fee.he seems to be growing and improving the last couple of games
Players that play in a well organized teams tend to look much better than they really are. Thats always been my little theory
Both Samuel and Lucio for example were somewhat of a joke in the past few years before moving to Inter and last season they've looked like the best 2 defenders in the world.
The germans are really well orginized team. Every single player right now looks absolutely stunning but if i were a scout, i'd reserve my judgement on their players until i see them in a less organize team.
Germany walk over a terrible Argentina side, one of the worst organized teams I've seen so far and people hail every player. Any decent team would've hurt Argentina today. I'm not saying Germany didn't do great taking advantage of the space they got, though.
