Great news, if it happens:

Manchester United striker Dimitar Berbatov tracked by Juventus, Milan and Wolfsburg

Dimitar Berbatov's agent has admitted holding tentative talks with other clubs over the sale of the Manchester United striker.
Berbatov, who has retired from international football with Bulgaria, stated last week that he had no intention of leaving United, despite a disappointing two seasons since his £30.7m arrival from Tottenham.*

Off the pace: Dimitar Berbatov has struggled to win over the United fans
But his agent Emil Dantchev said: 'There have been theoretical talks about Berbatov moving to other clubs but at this moment I can't say any more.
'At the moment he is a Manchester United player. Berbatov has two years left on his contract and that is the only fact.
'His club situation is one of many, many reasons why he retired from playing for Bulgaria.'
Juventus, AC Milan and Wolfsburg are among interested clubs.

Wolfsburg? Does it mean they sell Dzeko and they are looking to him as a replacement?

Do it.

But what do they mean about his club situation and retiring from Bulgaria?
I think it is intermating that he needs to concentrate on playing for Man U. If he played elsewhere he might not feel the need to retire.

Berbatov would be a guaranteed flop at Juve.
I think he would be a major hit in Italy. Could even bring sucess to the right team.
He would work wonders with Diego and a really good right winger (Silver).

Optimistically thinking Berbatov could realize it's his last chance to make something of his career and play like it. Not a likely scenario though.

I doubt SAF will let Berba leave. He has hardly any money to better his team. I really don't think Man U will become a "fire sale" team just yet.

Huntelaar and Oddo for Sissoko and Poulsen.
-CDS

Is Berlusconi behind all those stupid rumours?
Buffon for Boriello
Sissoko and Poulsen for those guys
Sissoko alone worth more than both those guys
not to mention Buffon worth like a hundred Boriellos

I'd take Berba anyday. With Tottenham he was great at creating and scoring goals... same thing at leverkusen. He has class and is one hell of a passer. Definitely he can open up defenses.
UTD were too paced for his style.. I dont think Ibra would have made it there either.

Ibra is definitely better but that doesnt make berbatov a bad player. I'd take him over Aguero, pazzini, Gila, IQ, Trez anyday.
If we can buy him between 15-18 mill.. I'd be a happy man. He has 3 more years on him at least and Serie A style would suit him best.

Aguero may have far more potential but i wouldnt pay over 25 mill for him. He has nothing over bremen's diego.

big words mate. i would like kun here. but i wouldn't exchange him for diego. diego performed some miracles in bremen that we haven't seen here. of course his first year here was not good. but nobody played well this year. he was all alone in the center of the midfield and had no help from our dms. diego in the right team can do miracles. and we have seen it in the 4-2-3-1 or even in the 4-3-2-1 with candreva next to him. i am sure that selling diego will be the second episode of the "henry" series.
