We are not a team that goes out and buys world class players, we never have been.

Like many have said traditionally we are a team that very good players who are ready to make the next step.

I'm starting to think that signing players who were believed to be good talents but flopped in other teams might be a good idea. We signed players on top form like Melo and Amauri for huge sums but they flopped, it could be the opposite effect.
