Looks okay.
The only thing that tends to worry me about playing 4-2-3-1 instead of 4-4-2 is that it is often difficult to see where the goals are going to come from.
In that team, Pazzini would score goals, Diego would get a few, but who else would weigh in with a decent number?
I don't see Krasic or Vargas getting 10+ goals in a season, so in my ideal 4-2-3-1 formation, I would probably have someone who is really a forward playing on one of the wings, rather than having two pure wingers.
