    Cassani - Kjaer - Chiellini - Criscito

    Melo - Marchisio

    Krasic - Diego - Vargas

    Looks okay.

The only thing that tends to worry me about playing 4-2-3-1 instead of 4-4-2 is that it is often difficult to see where the goals are going to come from.

In that team, Pazzini would score goals, Diego would get a few, but who else would weigh in with a decent number?

I don't see Krasic or Vargas getting 10+ goals in a season, so in my ideal 4-2-3-1 formation, I would probably have someone who is really a forward playing on one of the wings, rather than having two pure wingers.

We can always negotiate higher, no1 ever accepts the first offer. We just need to move quickly. Secco's biggest problem was his speed which meant us missing out on quality players
No. Secco's biggest problem is his tiny brain. He knows nothing about scouting and football in general.

Good point.. Maybe a Rossi or Sanchez insted of Krasic ?.. I still think that the wingers will get some goals, as having only one striker will make them push all the way up..

I banned him but a lot of people receive it and some might think it's true.

Dzeko and Giovinco instead of Vargas and Pazzini. Giovinco would score.

In that formation - what about swapping Cassano with Vargas?

They shouldn't sign Vargas, give Giovinco a proper chance and spend the Vargas money somewhere else. If we're going to have Criscito on the left we should have a more offensive fullback on the right.
