In 4-2-3-1 and 4-4-2 there is no place for regista.

You still need a player in front of the defense and behind the 3 AM's to link up the play, which I believe Marchisio is capable enough to do.

To play a 4-4-2 based on the current squad means we need a RB, CB, LB, RW, LW, a partner for Marchisio in the middle (Melo and Sissoko wont suit thiese tactics) and a striker.

That is if Diego can play as a support striker...or should i say whether del neri feels he can play that role.
