Or simple, you can simply watch the players and judge for yourself. No one can be suprised of Kezman, no one. People know saw him knew his limitations. Amauri has frigging 60ish goals in a decade, far from impressive, he was bought for current performances, not overall.

Benzema, Hunterlaar are quality forwards who will prove themselves in the right setting (Benzema specially). Its about confidence and inviroment most of the times. Just like Gourcuff and Snejder arent doomed players just because they faltered in Milan and Real and so on. Tons of examples like that (our biggiest one beign Henry, sadly enough).

As I said, watch the players and judge for yourself.
and judging by our current climate we dont have that environment to offer.

Edited the above post btw. But whats our current inviroment? We dont have anything to offer for quality players? We dont improve if we dont (badly managed, but also big issue that we have too much dead weight).

But in general Lots of different factors that would effect things, expectations, players mentality, how they adapt to new scenery etc. For example, I didnt judge Gilardino for Milan much despite him technically flopping (in his last season, not the others), you have to take in consideration to the sitaution and if its fits him. IMO Milan didnt fit him (no wingplay, he would fit Juve back then much more)) plus him being in a BAD Milan (poacher relies HEAVILY on service, Trez would been starved in that Milan, even if he prolly would done better then Gila simply for his psyche and instincts), but also his responsibility in not being able to cope with the pressure. But him being good goalscorer wasnt much of a doubt for me.

Same as I REALLY dont judge Diego much for Juve, despite he obviously has flaws (takes too much time on the ball) and so on. General problem is the team. You can say the similar for Amauri but not the same, in overall we could judge him better in a better team with more service. But the overall problem and bottomline been what he can or better yet cant offer.

Why would Özil be for sale...? They just qualified for the Champions League and he's going to the World Cup.
The German international's current Werder Bremen deal is due to expire in the summer of 2011 and negotiations about a contract extension haven't been successful so far.

Therefore, Werder could decide to cash in on the attacking midfielder this summer to prevent him from leaving the club on a free transfer in 2011.

can he play on the right?
Ever since Diego left he has a lot more freedom and Bremen play overall better too.

Hmm, there's enough time to renew a contract I guess. But you never know with the English clubs' spending.
