We should sell Buffon, Diego, Sissoko, Iaquinta, Camoranesi, Trezeguet, Amauri, Salihamidzic, De Ceglie, Grosso and Grygera. That is if Zebina and Cannavaro just leave, assuming nobody in their proper state of mind will buy them for real money.
As much as I hate to see Buffon go, I do think he deserves better.
We should rebuild from scratch. Unless we do have Real's wallet and the firm belief we'll spend 'wiser' than them. I don't know if the triad would be allowed ever back, but whoever is in charge should take notes on a daily basis from them. Also seeing the price of 'a few bad transfer decisions' it really pays back if we were to give them 10 mils per season each for advisory services.

About players that I would like us to have:
1.Higuanin - great salary, low-risk investment...
±20 mils. - has only 1 year on current contract salary is 1.5 mils and a supposed feud with C. Ronaldo
2.Kjaer - intelligence, speed, league experience
±Amauri + 5 mils.
3.RB + LB; 3 players in total.
±20/30 mils - Everyone is better. Sign the mods, if needed. I am already dreaming about these ones. All the forum is... enough said. Maybe 2 players coming, one from the primavera.
4.Krasic - a decent winger to fill the space left by Camo in the foreseeable future. We fit his bills, because he wants warmer climate... than Russia.
±10-12 Mils.
5.Di Maria/Hazard/Suarez
±another 30 mils here we go, but do we have alternatives? Kidnap Messi or Aguero?
6.Lukaku - very cheap NOW and in my opinion our perfect future target-man.
±5-7 mls. All the other big names are either busy, expensive or old. And this kid is a)big, b)fast, c)young, d)cheap. What is it not to like?
So something like the mentioned 90-100 millions are needed... Not much if you ask me, considering we have to sell a forest of players. And probably with the exception of Diego they duplicate a forest and I mean physically. Diego could stay, but we need the money and it seems Seria A is NOT his best case scenario for displaying talent.
Manninger/Kirev
RB-Kjaer-Chiellini-LB
Melo-Marchisio
Krasic ....Giovinco...Di Maria
Higuanin

Opinions?
PS: I KNOW IT IS FANTASY FOOTBALL, BUT HEY... WISHES ARE MINE TO MAKE.

Then you can forget about Lukaku, 10-12 at least.

And he isn't leaving Anderlecht this summer.
Anderlecht has a big chance to play CL, he still has to finish school, he will move to the EPL is he leaves RSCA and he knows he still has the possibility to learn much at RSCA.

But it would be a dream for me to see this guy at Juve, too bad it probably won't happen.

Reasons please !

Last four seasons:

-------- Apps Goals
2006–07 38 15
2007–08 44 34
2008–09 37 17
2009–10 34 21

I think that is decent. He is 29, so we can have him in his 3 best years.

there is one thing i have learnt about football these last few seasons, and thats to ignore facts involving numbers of goals scored in one league or team as evidence that it can be replicated in another, i've seen it with huntelaar, benzema, amauri, kezman, i could go on. There is something about fabiano that says that he could quite easily be another ricardo oliveira

I think he has more quality than a lot of the ones we look. And yes I would prefer Torres and Dzeko as well. But lets face it without CL both are going to be hard. And we won't splash 50 on Torres, I highly doubt it.

He will improve our attack and he is obtainable, and not too expensive. And I don't think you can even remotely compare him to Olivera.

Or simple, you can simply watch the players and judge for yourself. No one can be suprised of Kezman, no one. People know saw him knew his limitations. Amauri has frigging 60ish goals in a decade, far from impressive, he was bought for current performances, not overall.

Benzema, Hunterlaar are quality forwards who will prove themselves in the right setting (Benzema specially). Its about confidence and inviroment most of the times. Just like Gourcuff and Snejder arent doomed players just because they faltered in Milan and Real and so on. Tons of examples like that (our biggiest one beign Henry, sadly enough).

Luis Fabiano is perfect example, we dont have the luxury of hindsight, but he has gone in cycles. Being a monster goalscorer in Brasil (if you seen him then, know what I mean), then falter in Porto, slow start in Sevilla, to now being IMO a top striker for them and Brasil (his only drawback for me is his age, and the temper he has learned to control now). Players arent robots that will just perform if you pull a switch. Takes time and if they are given chances. As mentionned few posts earlier, Milito is a perfect example. Everything is a gamble. Amauri was just a bigger gamble because he was NEVER a proven scorer elsewhere like the above players.

As I said, watch the players and judge for yourself. But I gather for simpleminded people, its easier being fickle.
