Very very unlikely because Gomez supposedly already rejected us when he was younger at Stuttgart. And besides Hoeness I highly doubt will let a German international like Gómez go after he's paid €35m for him, that too just 12 months later.

I could see a point in getting Källstrøm and selling one of Melo or Sissoko (i'd sell Sissoko) and then add the difference to our budget. We'd even be a better team since we would be unable to start with only destroyers.

Buffon and Melo for Fab and VP would definitely be something to consider.

Even though it will never happen.

Arsenal are not the same team even when they just lack one of those two. Without both of them they would be pretty impotent.

Fabregas would be a huge addition, and Van Persie would beat any other striker we currently have at the team. If Robben manages to stay fit for most of the season, then Van Persie should also be able to stay injury free.

And besides, all our strikers have also been injured often enough.

Truth is, we would be an immensly better team if that happened. I don't wanna see Buffon go, but Fabregas and VP.

Arsenal would not be stupid enough to do that.
