Remove a MF and put a striker up front to make use of Silva's crosses.
This formation is to narrow when it comes upfront.
Its similiar to Barca except they got Iniesta and Xavi to create openers from below and Messi scores alot of goals by himself.
We dunt have these so we need an extra guy up front.

Nah. Silva would play to the left and get out wide. Diego would be a little more centrally on the right. Getting a decent fullback for the right side would also be nice, one that can attack to fill that space left by Diego.

here is what's going top happen (again)

we are going to try and sign a "top" player.

he is going to reject us/ his club will want more money.

managment panics and overpays (both fee and salary) to a alternative who isn't quite as good. Alternative player ends up sucking big time/injured too much.

these ring a bell? Andrade/Milito,, Grosso/Criscito, Poulsen/Xabi, D'agostino/Melo.

not to menton horrible deals like keeping zebina and poulsen, signing tiago and almiron, getting rid of zanetti and criscito.

a more competent management would have turned this club into a CL contender with the money our current one wasted.

Makes me fucking rage.

I mean my biggest wish is to see the management and Zach being kicked out.

Seeing Grygera, Canna and Legro out is the second biggest.

I have lost any expectations for this season I`m not even sure about a europa cup spot I`m just waiting for this season to end and get to the summer where we could make changes and I hope that this time it will be the right changes (Secco Blanc Zacc Grygera Canna Tiago out)
(IN a normal board+ a good manager+ 2 CB 1 WC and another promising one+ at least 1MF+ atleast 1 attacker a fast one would be the best option)

It's better than what we actually have but not good enough to win these "Napoli games".

Just tried to be realistic. We shouldn`t dream of Ribery and so on. I would be ready to gamble on our youth after seeing that the old guard can`t do it.

The bench would/will probably include Grygera ( ), Legro, Marrone, Amauri and so on...
