be serious optimus....higuain will stay at real for sure, i'm 100% sure because he's the best striker over there ( i won't count ronaldo because i see him playing as an ss). Now ribery will go for a +35,40 mils ...and we will barely catch ucl...he won't come to us. I'm not sure if diego and buffon won't abandon ship
 He is not going anywhere.

Cash plus melo for cesc....done deal that shit. No to RVP.

More like RIP.

Look guys, enough of this injury prone bullshit. It doesn't matter who we have or sign because with our current medical team it will be bound to happen. Injuries are unavoidable, if ribery were to come I would be more than happy. What he will give is worth the time he would be out with injuries.

Injuries are part of the game and any wc talent is going to attract the attentions of the hard nosed opposition.

Terrible attitude to have, of course we have to avoid injury prone players, or do we want another Andrade?

Look at how often Diego has been injured this season for example. And Sneijder. And Ronaldinho.

I wonder how many people would oppose the signing of William Gallas?
No! He will be 33 come August. Haven't we learned anything from investing in over the hill, old, has beens? I don't want us to become the new Milan buying all those grannies! It's enough that we have become the pre-calciopoli Inter; no need to add insult to injury by moulding ourselves on the retirement home that is Milan.

LOL. Ok then we should sell all of our injury prone players like Buffon, del piero, camoranesi, iaquinta, trezeguet, brazzo, zebina, and diego.

Come to think of it, why buy anyone since injuries are part of the game? How do you know the fact that andrade hurt his knee twice was not the result of our medical team misdiagnosing his injury and rushing him back? How do you know that most of our injuries are the result of "injury proneness" or misdiagnosing injuries?

Given we can afford ribery your saying we should pass because of proneness to injury? LOL ok.

Wouldn't class Diego as injury prone, yet :shifty:

For most of them it's probably not a bad idea actually. In fact looking at common trends I think we will see more athletically blessed players coming into the club, but we need to find that balance of art and power.

Haha, you completely missed the point, there's a difference between buying Diego (who has rarely been injured fyi, despite being a " wc talent is going to attract the attentions of the hard nosed opposition") and someone who is obviously a walking injury. Of course Andrade was a walking disaster, he was broken before he even got here.

And I'm glad you've pulled up that list of players who are injury prone (disagree with Del Piero and Iaquinta, they just both got a lengthy injury which a lot of players get in their careers). Players over the age of 30 do tend to get more injuries than ones under 30 in general, half of the reason why we have so many issues is because our squad is old.

And to your last question, I don't assess whether a player is worth purchasing on just that factor, would be retarded to do so. I never even mentioned Ribery in my post and deliberately cut out the part where you mentioned him for a reason.

This “we are getting” thing has become really annoying. Juventus with the current management is like a good looking chick who is a teaser (signing the likes of Ribery, Aguero, Alonso and etc) but she won't even give you a kiss on the cheek, and you end up screwing her ugly friend (Tiago, Poulsen, & etc) eventually
