No doubt. But Moussa Sissoko would be a more 'complete' option methinks, more expensive though for sure.

With these kind of strong DMs you guys are talking about we'll have three muscled men with no brains to work the magic. We need a passer, a so called Maestro who can dedicate the play and thus makes clear-cut assists for our forwards not just cut the ball just to lose it again.

Veloso is the type of player we need ATM.

Udinese are quite a unique club in that they buy a lot foreign players for cheap, with their extensive scouting network. They don't have the demands placed on them that we do, they are basically a farm where they get players in for cheap and then sell them off for huge profit, some turn out well and others do not. Meanwhile they are 15th in the league and staring at a relegation battle...It wouldn't hurt us to take the odd gamble on a young player though, one that doesn't cost €10m+

Agreed, we need a prlo type player to spread the ball around from deep. Sissiko breaking legs and Marchisio being a good two way midfielder, we'll have a great balance behind Diego and whoever else is up there to help service the main striker.

Acutally he was, and that's kinda what screwed him up at first. But now it appears that Zacc finally got what Melo could do, and is asking him to keep it simple and that's why he's doing much better lately.

Veloso? I don't see what some of you see in him; he is good, but not world class. We need better, much better!

He's WC, actually him and J.Mountinho are the ones who carry Sporting all the time. Especially him, he creats a lot of clear cut passes. Just for Lisandro to bury them in the net.

He's what we need ATM, unless you have a better option then Im all ears.
