It wasn't a nonsense. Cassano gave him everything for those goals.

It's not like he wouldn't be able to score without him but he'd be 50% less effective and he's not a good striker at all. I hate limited strikers.

On a scale I'd rate him 6/10 and his value would be 7mln in my books.
So Pazzini is nothing? It's not like Cassano made every one of his goals a tap in. Some talent and awareness was needed to put the ball into the net (and he did score a couple of nice finishes early in the season when Doria were actually good).

What's so funny is that when Pazzini would score an easy goal people go 'It's all Cassano' but when Trez scores 'easy' goals it's all because he's the best poacher in the game, his positioning and goal scoring senses are immense.

Not saying I'm a fan of Pazzini's, but the whole Cassano makes him good thing doesn't mean he doesn't have to be there and put effort into scoring.

In all fairness to the Anti Pazzini brigade, he was underachieving for Fiorentina. Prandelli thought highly of him and didn't buy a replacement for Toni when he left, he put all his trust in Pazzini and Pazzini failed him.

People either underrate or overrate him here. He has been very successful in the last one year. It'll take some more time to see if he can perform consistently.

I'm not under or overrating him ( I think I'm rathing him fairly anyway ), and I've even explained so in my post, but as always, middle ground doesn't seem to exist for people who read posts.

You're either a fanboy or an anti-fanboy onhere.

In this case (even though I agree with your fanboy or anti fanboy point) people state if he'll make it or not.

There's no middle, or maybe.
Right, I see what you mean, but I felt like you were going 'All hail...' after me explaining how he can't be bad if he scores that much, despite Cassano being there.

So I thought you were putting me in that fanboy box of yours. :p

There have been a lot of short term wonders in Serie A. Floccari, Amauri, Acquafresca, Borriello. Its just that the consistency factor is in question.

True. I'm not saying I think he's going to be big, just saying that it's not just him being great and it's not just Cassano being great, it's somewhere in between.

I'm totally with you on this one.If things don't change in our current setup folks are gonna lynch him within weeks.

Cassano made him look like a friggin superstar.
