I'm not convinced he'll make an impact, although he might help in the build-up play which on the evidence from yesterday isn't clicking.
im just saying for depth really, if we continue with the 4-2-3-1 which in reality suits the majority of our players.

My wish list is to get a brilliant coach and then bring the players suit his formation and system. No more Tiago, Pou, Melo that are wasteful because they don't suit the system..

And for several positions just get a champion player who has winning mentality then for the other we can hunt for potential and good young talent. Hope we can find another Zidane, Vieri from nothing and turn some flop like Davids into gold.

I can think any possible waste of money right now, by acquiring one more DM.
This might be one of the worst strategical choices we have ever done!
So its possible...

Considering we have Marchisio, Sissoko, Melo, Poulsen, Camo and Tiaga available to play behind Diego, no real options to field AMFs, in the 4-2-3-1,
unless Diego and Giovinco and Camo are all happen to be available at the same time!

So lets assume that we are going to play with 4-2-3-1 from now on. For this to work we are going to need someone who can play on the wide AM position, right. That player should come with reasonable price and he (damn I wouldn´t mind if he was a she) should already know how to play in Serie A (we don´t have the time to wait for him/her to adapt).

That being said, I don´t really recall to many players to go for. Could someone like Lavezzi be our guy (don´t really know if he can play that wide AM position)? At least he´s fast and speed is something that we are lacking. Cassano would bring some creativity but would he be wasted at the wide position? And then we should figure out what is that so called "reasonable price".

Although, before we should be buying anyone our current players should be taught how to play...this is a fucking nightmare I say!

I don't think we are in a position to buy players, europa league is hardly attractive for the creme de la creme of Europe.
So until next summer I think we can write all moves off.

i think at the moment no player is intrested in juve :(
don't be stupid, of course there are still good players interested in Juve
the problem is that they have contracts and not one of them wants to switch teams in the middle of the season
Toni maybe but I was talking about good players
that we are out of CL doesn't mean anything as they won't be signing for 6 months
as long as we qualify for next year CL we can still get the very best players if we can afford them

but any signing in January is definitely out of the picture IMO...unless by some miracle we are able to sell the likes of Tiago, Almiron etc...

We will have huge problems next summer. HUGE

Canna is finished
New LB is needed
Possibly new RB

Camo is getting on the age
DP getting on the age

We dont have a player who we can trust scoring 18+ goals in one season.

Add to that, the misfits, like Tiago, who we cant sell.

Where is the money going to come, we need to invest even more next summer.

Mean while, Milan, Fiorentina and Inter are getting more money then us, already by reaching the knockouts of the CL.

I am quite worried here actually.

Add to that, we need a coach who has a clue, that means, we need to spend a lot on the coach.

Like i have said it couple of times before, Ciro was kept only because of the costs imo. We had spent too much to afford a wc coach, like lets say Hiddink. Ciro isnt even in top 5 of the earners in serie a probably.

can anyone give me an idea of the available coaches?

it all wont look so bad if we stick to the 4-2-3-1 IMO.

Juve to redesign forward line? Wednesday 9 December, 2009

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Barely a day after being knocked out of Europe, Juventus are planning to overhaul their attack with the signings of Edin Dzeko and Alejandro Dominguez.

The Bianconeri scored just four goals in four games in the Champions League this season and look spent as an attacking force.

According to Il Corriere dello Sport, Juventus President Jean-Claude Blanc and his director of sport Alessio Secco are looking to address the matter in January.

Dominguez, the Rubin Kazan striker who scored against Inter, is the most likely to move to Turin as he is out of contract in the summer and looking for a new club.

Negotiations are reportedly already underway for the 27-year-old Argentinian, although his transfer would not be immediate.

Dominguez represents a much cheaper option than Dzeko, the Wolfsburg and Bosnia international striker, who is being courted by Milan and several other big European clubs.

However, Juventus are ambitious and want to make the next step in terms of quality so they intend to fight for his signature.

Another high profile name said to be on the short list is that of Marouane Chamakh, the versatile Bordeaux forward who is interesting the likes of Arsenal and West Ham.

Chamakh scored against Juventus last month in a 2-0 victory for Bordeaux that sealed their qualification as winners of Champions League Group A.

From football italia
I would take Dzeko over the other 2. He is definitely capable of replacing Trezequet.

We need Guus! We need him badly! He is available and I can't see why we shouldn't get him. No reason. Why wait? This season is over. A win in Europe League and 2nd place in Serie A are not even worth talking about in our current situation and would still be a dissapointment. So we need to start a reshuffle NOW!
Any news about us sacking Ciro?

We also need new build up players. Our fullbacks can't build up and put our creative force (if there really is on) in position. Diego has to come back and do that, but thats why he is shit. He is not used to play there.
New fullbacks and a register. We don't have those players!
