except he's a gazillion times better than that piece of shit
Not really, Sagna isn't a WC class player, neither is Criscito for that matter.

I may be over-rating him, but you are ridiculously over-rating Sagna and as an attacking full back he's scored like what 1 goal in his career? Criscito has scored 8.

Lotito is a bitch in the mercato, look at the whole Pandev & Ledesma situation which is STILL yet to be resolved. It'll be hard negotiations, but not impossible.
Lotito isn't get the ridiculous price, and he doesn't want to pay them more either, that's why they have problems...if a genuine buyer like us shows up, he can't refuse

Sagna is definitely a WC RB...and since when did goals become the criteria for an attacking FB?

Never trust Arsenal players, they can be brilliant there and average once they play in other teams.

We better look at the french market since most clubs are getting their fullbacks from there (maicon, sagna, Evra, Lichtsteiner...).

Elaborate. Who. Fanni?
Thats the job of our scouts my friend. Am not saying that we should look at the french market as the "only" market out there. But in general players coming from the french league can adopt to almost any league (italian, spanish or english)

yes, they are all at top clubs all over Europe...please suggest a promising LB from Ligue 1 that we can realistically be able to sign...otherwise it's all :seven:

I can't find assist data so I'm making due, but it stands to reason that if he is world class and better going forward that Criscito then he should score more goals no?

I was not impressed by him in the WC play-offs, but I don't watch Arsenal games that much, how defensive minded is he, im assuming not much if he plays for the Voyeur.

Sagna is in no way an attacking fullback, not really great attacking. He can put in a good cross from time to time, but his crossing isn't always consistent, he's very energetic and doesn't stop running though, so he always makes himself available upfront. He is also a very good defender, especially in one on ones.

I think he is a very good rightback actually.

Well I trust you to give a rating on him Fred, not to say I don't trust Ahmed becuase I do but I've talked with you about Arsenal a fair bit.

I think it's really got to do with wether we go after Rafinha or not

According to La Gazzetta dello sport, Juventus have asked to Real Madrid to obtain on loan Mahamadou Diarra. The African midfielder seems intended to leave in the next market window, but the Spanish club seems intentionned to yield him on a permanent deal.
WTF?? Why do we need more DMs FFS

We've been linked with him on and off for quite a while now.
