We need Wingers, a Striker and some midfielders who can PLAY with the ball at there feet..
A midfield + wingers, one striker (Barca style) witch includes thoes players would be great imo..

I know that some of thoes formation have up to 3 new players out of 6, but we can also do it with only 2 new players, but it needs to be the right ones.

But first we need the right coach.. And Del Neri is not the right one imo!

Yeah I'm aware it was hustinis formation. I would personally hope that if and when Marotta comes he brings Poli and sells Poulsen and Tiago, that would give us Marchisio, Melo, Sissoko and Poli for cm positions which I think is enough.
