Berbatove's style of play isn't being considered by Ferguson as he's the type of striker who loves to have a pass behind him and the goal in front of him. Yet all he gets has been some give-and-take passes where he just has to give the ball back.

Give him the style of play he asks for and you shall have a quality striker up in front. One capable of changing the course of games.
