It's an interesting situation with Bari. Almiron is worth around 4-5 million euros, but they obviously won't be able to pay us such money. Also, the players they own are average guys in their 30ties and the most valuable could be our reject Masiello. More interesting are the guys they co-own, but it'd be hard to pull off a deal like that were several players and three clubs are involved. This should be the summer we'll get rid of Almiron if we don't plan to use him, so I can hardly see him staying in Bari.

Trémoulinas is in everyone's team :lol2:
I just impressed with him in 2 games against us. He doing well support attack and in the defense. But anyway we are screwed team back then. Even the mediocre LB in Serie A will look good when they against us.. And i just read here and there that he is one of the consistent performer in Bordeaux so i write him in my wish list LB. Just because of that and the past history that there is lot of discovery of good fullbacks like Abidal, Evra, Maicon in Ligue 1. Kolarov is Inter bound, if not i will pick him over Trem. Inter won't sell Santon to us except for some crazy amount. And i don't have any option for a good potential LB

About the AM between Ribery, Hazard, and Silva. Actually i would pick Silva if the latest rumor about the 25 mill price is right. Ribery is just too expensive except we can lowering the price with some of Poulsen or Momo kind of swap deal and we'll never know if Ribery already past the injury. Hazard is too pricey for 22 mill Euros but i like hit too anyway

its really interesting but come to think about it Secco have a terrible time selling players and when he does we seem to get a bad deal out of it somehow.
I wouldn't be surprised to see Almiron and Tiago and Molinaro back and to be honest from the games i saw this season for Bari Almiron wouldn't be half bad in our team seeing as this formation suit him well and Diego+Melo and Marchisio, similar to Milan 2006.

this way we could use the whole budget to buy a new defence line.

I hate swapping players with other clubs, Specially with smaller clubs (we usually get robbed in such deals). Bari this summer would definately have 4-5 millions cash and even more to spend.

Catania owners just few months ago said with the new T.V revenues system that will take place starting from next season that will gurantee them atleast 8-9 million to spend in summer if they stayed in serie A. Considering that Bari are higher up in the table that means they'll have even more :money: to spend this summer (almiron).

Let's get cash for once from selling our unwanted players so that we can have the freedom to choose the "right" players for the team.

I agree with what you said. The only time player swaps should really be considred is when the price of the player in question out of the club's range and must become lower (Cassano)

What about the Porto situation - they prob wont get CL next year.. We could scoop the likes of Bruno Alves and Hulk?
Bruno Alves more than Hulk, who is famous because of his incredible name. Last year people barked on and on about him and Lisandro was the good stuff.

We could get Falcao

Nah, just their scouts in addition to ours with a board willing to take their advice.
