it's settled then Tremoulinas and van der Wiel:drill:

Seriously.. If Inter get Kolarov, would it not make sense to see whether we can have a dialogue with Santon ?

Too bad he's going to Inter.
What's depressig is everyone good now wants to go to Inter or hey somehow get in pole position to sign them.
If they buy Kolarov, then Santon has a reason to leave :snoop:
They will keep him because once they decide to cash in on Maicon in another year or two by then Santon wil be ripe and ready for first team consistency and off he will go back to his natural RB position. He won't come here either.

Inters defense in 2-3 years:

Santon-Rannocchia-Lucio-Kolaov

vs ours

Zebina-Legro-Chiellini-DC :shifty:

Did anyone here watch Van der Weil more than once or twice?
He's in everyone's 2010/2011 formation so I'm wondering if you guys know him well or it's due to his performance against us in Amsterdam.

If it's that single performance then I suggest we get Molinaro back. My friend who saw him for the first time 10 days ago, said that Molinaro is great. He impressed against Messi in defense and was very good in attack. Just the player we need.

I am not convinced about Motta. I think it is very weird he is benched so much in Roma.
hrm, i think it is not weird, because if you saw the game i saw motta play for italy ( a few month ago) where he had 80% of misplaced passes going forward (and often in situation where he was too far front to recover the counter attack on his side) you would not rate him at all and thats what i do.

i don't think that a quality/talented player would accumulate more then 10 misplaces passes in only one match and i am not even counting tried crosses as passes but just low passes that should have reached a team mate in the opponents half (even outside the opponents box)
