In the circumstances, yes.

You can't expect a team to go straight from a horrible run to playing brilliant football.

Right now, all I want is the team to be organised and show some desire. Anything more than that is a bonus.

Of course, longer term, my expectations are higher.

Twente is 1st in the Eredivisie. They're playing Ajax away on Februari 7th, and we play Ajax at the 18th I guess it was.
They are really impressive and their coach is the flop ex-England manager, Steve McClaren. They have a few players with big potential, like Miroslav Stoch who's hired from Chelsea.
Now, they haven't lost any game in the Eredivisie and have passed the group stage in Europa League, finishing 2nd to Fenerbahce and won 2, draw 2 and lost 2.
Douglas is in the 1st line up and considering they have only conceded 15 goals in 17 games (Eredivisie) and 6 goals in 6 games (Europa league) means that Twente has a tight defence and Douglas is part of it. Only problem is that he plays in the same position like Chiellini, and I don't know if it would work out to put them next to each other.
