He knows some weird info about the players (walking football encyclopaedia) and you're gonna agree with me he could make a terrific atmosphere even if you watch Scotish 2nd league covered by him.

You don't need a commentator for that, just a derby match in which there is a good chance of a fight on and/or off the pitch.
